We are seeking a motivated and creative PRN Marketing Coordinator to help grow awareness, patient volume, and community partnerships for our expanding urgent care clinic. This role will support marketing efforts for urgent care services, occupational health programs, wellness visits that include IV hydration therapy, and weight management programs.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can balance community outreach, employer relationship development, and patient engagement initiatives.
Essential Functions Community Outreach- Represent the clinic at health fairs, chamber events, school functions, and community events.
- Coordinate sponsorship opportunities and local partnerships.
- Develop relationships with community organizations, gyms, fitness centers, schools, and local businesses.
- Promote wellness services.
- Identify and connect with local employers, HR departments, and safety managers.
- Promote occupational medicine services including:
- Drug and alcohol testing
- DOT physicals
- Pre-employment screenings
- Workers' compensation services
- Assist with employer presentations and marketing materials.
- TWIC card may be required for surrounding employers.
- Assist with seasonal campaigns:
- Flu season
- Sports physicals
- Back-to-school physicals
- Weight loss initiatives
- Corporate wellness programs
Required
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office platform.
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. - 1-3 years of marketing experience.
- Healthcare marketing experience.
- Experience with urgent care, primary care, wellness, or occupational medicine.
- Self-motivated and organized
- Strong networking abilities
- Creative content development
- Professional presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- PRN/Flexible Schedule
- Approximately 10-20 hours per week, based on clinic needs
- Some evening and weekend community events may be required
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Growth in new patient volume
- Increase in occupational health accounts
- Google review volume and rating improvements
- Community partnership development
- Return on marketing investment (ROI)
