Job Description
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full‑time Weeknight (Mon - Thur) On‑Call Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager position in the Beaumont area.
The Registered Nurse On‑Call position includes the following job duties:
Admissions, Discharges, and Pronouncements. Assisting the Triage Nurse and some assessments are required.
- Licensed RN in the State of Texas - required
- 1+ years' experience as an RN - preferred
- Experience with Hospice or Home Health - preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication
- The ability to travel using reliable transportation
- Clean background, drug screen, and driving record
- Semi‑monthly pay periods - Direct Deposit

- Holiday Pay
- Hours:
Monday - Thursday; 5pm to 8am
