What you'll Do

You'll support direct patient care under physician supervision to help create a seamless care experience by:

* Serving as the liaison between the patient and physician to "establish and maintain quality patient care"

* Assessing patients and families, planning and implementing care, and evaluating outcomes

* Taking vitals, administering medications, and assisting with exams and procedures

* Documenting patient history, chief complaint, medications, and more in the EMR

* Ordering tests, obtaining prior authorizations, and coordinating referrals and scheduling

* Preparing and stocking exam rooms and supporting daily clinical operations

* Providing compassionate support to patients and families thought the care process

What you bring

* Graduate of an accredited LPN program

* Current LPN License

* Experience with EMRs (Athena preferred) and Microsoft Office

* Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to care

* Previous outpatient or primary care experience preferred
