Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Long Term Care

Harmony Care at Beaumont is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our long-term care facility. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, utilizing your clinical expertise and strong leadership skills to make a positive impact on their lives.

• Administer and record medications and treatments.
• Prepare for and assist physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid LVN license in the state of Texas.
• CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or a related setting is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

• Shifts available: 6am-2:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm, 10pm-6:30am.
• Alternating weekends and holidays.
