Active CNM certification, Texas RN and APRN licenses, NRP, BLS
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in hospital-based obstetrics Duration:
Through at least the start date, with potential extension Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $76.38/hour Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include:
Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time as per state and federal law Licensure, certification, travel, and relocation reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do Manage labor and delivery cases, including spontaneous vaginal deliveries Provide OB triage assessments for patients with labor symptoms or pregnancy complications Conduct postpartum rounds and newborn evaluations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care Document patient encounters accurately in Epic EMR Support backup coverage for OB/GYN, emergency medicine, and anesthesia as needed Assist with patient coaching during labor and delivery What You Need Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) certification with active licenses in Texas 2+ years of hospital-based obstetric management experience Proficiency in obstetric assessments, documentation, and newborn care Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred: experience with obstetric ultrasound, fetal monitoring, lactation consulting About the Assignment Join a high-volume facility in Beaumont, TX, known for delivering approximately 2,000 babies annually.
