Infusion Nurse

Soleo Health is seeking a Part-time Infusion Nurse to support our infusion patients in the Beaumont, TX area. Join us in simplifying complex care.

• Provide direct care for all assigned patients and maintain communication with care team members.
• Evaluate and educate patient/care partner to safely administer home infusion therapy.
• Evaluate the home environment, identify interventions to ensure safety.
• Develop plan of care with team members and evaluate response to therapy with each encounter.
• Manage schedule via company‑approved platform and communicate changes promptly.
• Coordinate patient care via approved company platform.
• Participate in the nurse on‑call rotation to ensure continuous support.
• Document all patient encounters, communications, and care activities at time of service.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and clinical standards.
• Ensure timely submission of plans of treatment (POT) and required clinical documents per policy.
• Work with departments to ensure all required documents are completed and returned promptly.

• Part‑time, 30‑32 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with willingness to work one Saturday per month.
• Must participate in an on‑call rotation.
• Must be knowledgeable of IV access devices (IV lines, ports, infusion medications).
• Must be able to drive up to 60 miles round‑trip (mileage reimbursement provided).
• Must be licensed as an RN in Texas.

• Current RN license by the applicable state’s Board of Nursing, in good standing.
• RN degree, bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution preferred.
• Advanced certification in specialty areas (e.g., CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred.
• Participation in an on‑call rotation, nights and weekends included.
• Administrative oversight responsibilities: monitoring workflows, ensuring compliance, managing resources.
• Emergency availability during non‑standard hours, including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience with background in infusion therapy preferred.
• Experience in ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with no significant restrictions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
