Charge Nurse; RN Beaumont Rehab

Position Overview

We are currently hiring for a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) who coordinates the delivery of nursing care. The Charge RN works with medical, ancillary, and support staff to maintain nursing practice standards and serves as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for the staff.

• RN license in the state of application
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification preferred initially and required after 90 days; ACLS is required from day 1 for all Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU

• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred (not required)
• Prior experience in emergency or critical care environments preferred
• Higher comfort level working with ventilators, tracheostomies, PICC lines, etc. preferred
• Two years of direct patient care experience preferred
