Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Long Term Care
Harmony Care at Beaumont is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our long-term care facility. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, utilizing your clinical expertise and strong leadership skills to make a positive impact on their lives.
Responsibilities- Administer and record medications and treatments
- Prepare for and assist physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments
- Observe and report patients vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals
- Perform other job-related duties as they become required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Valid LVN license in the state of Texas
- CPR certification
- Experience in long-term care or a related setting is a plus
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
