Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care across age groups in the assigned unit. The RN will supervise and guide Licensed Vocational Nurses and assist non-licensed staff in direct patient care.
You will follow the Texas Nurse Practice Act, perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, document care, and ensure patient safety. A Texas RN license and BLS certification are required.
