Position: Hospice - Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Hospice Come Make a Difference With Us!

At Best Hospice Care of Texas, our CNAs are an incredibly important part of the care we provide. You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and families while providing compassionate, hands‑on care during a time when comfort matters most.

We’re looking for a dependable, positive, and compassionate CNA who loves caring for others and wants to be part of a supportive team that truly works together.

What You’ll Do

As a Hospice CNA, you’ll provide personal care and support to patients in their homes and care facilities throughout our service area. Your day may include assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, repositioning, mobility, and other activities of daily living while helping each patient feel comfortable, respected, and cared for.

You’ll also work closely with our nurses and the rest of the hospice team, communicating changes or concerns and helping us provide the best possible experience for our patients and their families.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to meet someone who:

  • Has an active CNA certification
  • Has a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • Is dependable and comfortable traveling to patient homes

    Communicates well and works great with a team
  • Brings kindness, patience, and a positive attitude to patient care
  • Is comfortable working independently in the field
  • Has hospice or home health experience — a plus, but not required!
