What You’ll Do

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
  • Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate and process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions and ancillary products.
  • Complete daily call campaigns to market services, build new business, and nurture customer relationships.
  • Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls, to prevent loss and charge‑off accounts.
  • Maintain customer information in POS system with accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide support, coaching, and development to Customer Service Representatives to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.
  • Perform duties outside the office, including vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing.
  • Meet performance standards via business‑to‑business partnerships, referrals, and hosting events.
  • Implement office security protocols, opening and closing procedures, and manage vault and cash drawer.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and laws; conduct audits, create reports, and compile financial data.
  • Monitor store appearance and cleanliness; schedule maintenance services.
  • Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment; handle multiple tasks to meet performance standards.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership.
  • Maintain a full‑time schedule, including weekends. Full‑time includes at least 40 hours per week. Store hours and minimum hours may change at the company’s discretion.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of customer service, sales, or retail experience.
  • At least 3 months of supervisory/key holder or relevant leadership experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with phones, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
  • At least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for use during work; mileage compensated.
  • Background check required, performed in accordance with applicable law.
  • Physical ability to stand up to 90% of the time, move up to 25 pounds, and operate mechanical controls.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Management experience in retail, convenience store, grocery, finance, service, or related industries.
  • Experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing.
