Your Role
As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You uphold AEO Brand Standards, support guests and teammates on the Sales floor as needed, and represent AEO values by bringing your authentic self to work every day.
Responsibilities- Process shipments, replenish shelves, manage markdowns, and coordinate merchandising to ensure product availability.
- Maintain the Stockroom, keeping merchandise, visual props, marketing material, and fixtures organized and running efficiently.
- Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, develop and execute improvement plans.
- Support teammates with non‑stock tasks and guest service as required.
- Follow safety standards, Asset Protection rules, and all AEO policies and procedures.
- Passion for AE and Aerie products.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage time.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Previous experience in a stock‑related role is preferred.
