• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns
• Operate cash register
• Ensure fuel and merchandise are available for customers
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Support the Store Manager in all store operations
• Help lead the team to exceed the store’s performance goals and objectives
• Perform job‑related duties as assigned
• In the absence of management, provide backup duties including completing daily/monthly paperwork, resolving problems, reviewing daily video, plan‑o‑gram compliance, inventory ordering, product count, equipment maintenance and training new employees

• Must meet age requirements (18+; 19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, 21 in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Utah)
• High school diploma / GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience
• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
