Job Overview

The Field Store Associate will primarily drive and increase sales at Lowe’s stores by engaging customers in the Paint and Pro departments, generating leads, implementing effective sales and marketing programs, and providing exceptional customer service while managing merchandising.

• Engage customers in Paint and Pro departments to drive sales.
• Generate customer leads and implement sales and marketing programs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage merchandising.
• Ensure client satisfaction and maintain high product quality and visual standards.
• Keep current with product features and update in-store information.

Location: Lowe’s Store #95 – 4120 Dowlen Rd, Beaumont, TX 77706.

Schedule: Part‑time; weekdays, afternoons, weekends as needed. Schedule may change based on business needs.

Because the role involves contact with customers, including minors, and handling cash and electronic equipment, a review of criminal history is required to protect the safety of customers, staff, and the company.
