About The PositionAs a Premium PC Sales Specialist, you will engage with customers in a classy and stylish manner, showcasing the latest premium PCs. You will use your training in artificial intelligence (AI) technology to bring AI and other dynamic technologies to life on PCs and enhance the customer experience. By building relationships with store associates and effectively communicating the value proposition of premium products, you will drive revenue growth, increase unit sales, and contribute to the growth of the premium market segment.

- Demonstrate premium lifestyle HP PC products and accessories at a big box retail store
- Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience
- Maintain professional relationships with retail partners within the assigned store(s)
- Train retail store associates on HP products, accessories, and services with a focus on PC innovation
- Maintain merchandising for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness
- Report competitive insights to management

- Retail experience or customer service experience preferred
- Training or product demonstration experience preferred
- Minimum 1-year job experience required
- Regular and prompt attendance
- Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals
- Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints
- Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environment
- Maintain professional interaction with customers and colleagues
- Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
- Welcome customers courteously and offer assistance
- Guide customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest appropriate products
- Advise customers by providing information on products and services
- Help customers make selections by building confidence
- Accurately document and report sales
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Accurately track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations
- Keep workstation/kiosk clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Submit all paperwork completely and accurately
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
