2020 Companies is hiring Seasonal Brand Ambassadors to represent a nationally recognized premium tobacco brand at retail locations throughout your territory. In this highly interactive role, you will engage adult consumers through one-on-one conversations, introduce brand offerings, gather feedback, and distribute promotional offers, creating memorable brand experiences while building communication and customer‑engagement skills.

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with company policies, local regulations, and program guidelines.
• Administer consumer surveys and accurately collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives.
• Educate consumers on available promotions and encourage purchase consideration through consultative engagement.
• Build positive relationships with retail personnel and store management.
• Accurately document activity results, consumer interactions, and survey completion through designated reporting systems.
• Maintain all program materials, displays, and activation assets in a professional manner.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to support scheduled retail visits and events.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 21 years of age with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Previous experience in brand ambassadorship, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional marketing roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable approaching and engaging consumers in a retail environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to utilize mobile applications and reporting tools.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and remain active throughout scheduled events.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
