Join our freezer, cooler, and deli team and you will keep shelves stocked and play an important role in maintaining operational and sanitary conditions for our freezers and coolers that keep products ready for our members. In the deli department, you’ll provide front‑line customer service;

your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one.

Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following company steel‑standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to management.

Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area by properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, completing required audits, paperwork, logs, and other documentation, and securing fragile and high‑shrink merchandise.

Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the company’s products and services.

Follow company policies and procedures related to the freezer/cooler area by complying with food handling policies; operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment; following cold‑chain procedures when stocking merchandise; cleaning the freezer, cooler, and deli area; monitoring freezer/cooler fans, drains, and doors for proper operation; and reporting issues to management.

Ensure high‑quality products are taken care of and available for members.

Ensure shelves are clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower‑quality food products.

Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays.

Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area.
