As a member of the produce team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, cleanliness, and availability of fruits and vegetables for our members. You will provide friendly customer service, maintain inventory, and uphold sanitation and quality standards. Your work helps create a positive shopping experience and supports the club’s commitment to offering fresh, high‑quality produce at low cost.

• Be a Team Member: Keep up‑to‑date knowledge of produce products, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, provide excellent customer service, and help educate other associates on tools and resources.
• Be an Expert: Apply quality standards for various produce types, prepare and package products to established specifications, maintain safety and sanitation, and comply with applicable laws and company policies.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, make real‑time decisions, and encourage team members to adopt new technology.
• Be an Owner: Drive area performance, manage inventory and stock rotation, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, and assist customers while following club procedures.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department, model high‑quality service and products, execute core responsibilities consistently, and show energy, commitment, and passion.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethics; use the Open Door Policy and apply best practices in daily work.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will be equal to or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid on a case‑by‑case basis.

Must be 18 years of age or older. The successful candidate will complete all required job trainings and assessments within the prescribed time frame.
