Territory Sales Executive

Overview

Sales Territory Manager drives growth, builds relationships, and wins new business for a fast-growing leader in waste and recycling. This well-established organization is expanding in the Pensacola market and looking for a competitive, customer-focused sales pro to own and grow a defined territory.

• Prospect and close new Commercial & Residential accounts
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through ongoing communication and service support
• Identify opportunities for service improvements, upselling, and account expansion
• Build and maintain a network of referral sources and prospective clients
• Research and evaluate prospective customers to identify business opportunities
• Present and demonstrate products and services tailored to customer needs
• Negotiate pricing and contracts; meet/exceed revenue goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally and stay ahead of market trends

• 3+ years of outside sales experience (industry experience a plus)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales or Business preferred
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Willingness to travel within the territory
