In This Role, You Will:

* Drive sales performance and customer outcomes by meeting goals and maximizing conversion

* Manage the full customer and loan lifecycle, including application, funding, repayment, and collections

* Build relationships and recommend tailored financial solutions

* Engage customers across multiple channels to expand sales opportunities

* Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence

* Educate customers on loan terms and optional products

Minimum Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Ability to pass drug screen, criminal background, and credit checks

* Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in sales, collections, or customer service in a performance-driven environment

* Bilingual in Spanish/English

Working Conditions

Office-based role providing consumer loans in person and via phone. Hours are typically Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed.
