LOCATION
Within the Beaumont & Jasper, TX area.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Achieve performance objectives as outlined by the company.
- Responsible for good customer rapport with every account’s key decision maker.
- Provide strong customer service to all customers by being heavily involved with the development of their business as well as handling routine maintenance task such as introducing new items to replace discontinued items and handling credits.
- Maximize current customers’ potential through assessing their overall business needs by evaluating store layout, proper product mix, and addressing competitive market trends. In turn, create strategic plans to include introducing new products, programs, and promotions to effectively develop and grow each customer’s business.
- Increase current customer base - identify, penetrate, qualify, and close potential customers by presenting business proposals, negotiating price of goods and terms of payments.
- Review and analyze daily and weekly reports such as sales/gross profit margin data. Utilizing information to create weekly objectives to stay on target to meet territory goals.
- Engage in ongoing training sessions to further develop personal skills and become educated with the latest industry trends.
- High school diploma or higher education. Food service sales experience is helpful.
- Basic PC skills and proficiency with MS Outlook.
