Overview
We’re hiring a licensed home inspector to assess the safety of clients' properties. You’ll conduct building inspections, document damages, and provide clients with a thorough inspection report. The successful applicant will be a detail-oriented professional and a great communicator.
Responsibilities- Perform on-site inspections of residential properties to assess safety and condition.
- Document findings and damages with clear, accurate notes and photos as needed.
- Prepare and deliver thorough inspection reports to clients, including recommended corrective actions when appropriate.
- Licensed home inspector in good standing.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage flexible schedules.
