Consumer Cellular is looking for a Senior Wireless Retail Sales Expert to join a fast‑growing team in Beaumont, TX. This position is classified as modified full‑time, with weekly hours ranging from 30 to 39.

As a Senior Retail Sales Expert you will guide guests through phones, plans, and services, building lasting relationships while meeting personal sales goals. Compensation is $19.00–$20.00 per hour plus uncapped commission, with potential overtime and shift differential.

• Brand Ambassador – Create a welcoming, comfortable store environment that reflects a people‑first culture, deliver exceptional customer service, and model professionalism, positivity, and strong sales behaviors.
• Relationship Builder – Use active listening and thoughtful questions to guide conversations toward solutions that meet guests’ needs while driving sales performance. Focus on building loyalty rather than just completing transactions.
• Product and Services Expert – Confidently sell devices, plans, and services, consistently meeting or exceeding individual performance goals. Simplify technology into easy, real‑world conversations and stay current on promotions and product knowledge.
• Store Key Support – As a senior team member, support opening and closing responsibilities, ensure the store is secure and organized, and follow company processes to provide a smooth, professional store experience during shifts.

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of retail keyholder experience preferred (wireless sales experience a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with strong transaction accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items.
• Ability to move around the store and assist customers with merchandise when necessary.

• Base salary range: $42,000 – $47,250 per year (varies by location).
