We are actively seeking hardworking, dependable Laborers to join our team for a project in Beaumont, TX. This role is hands-on and physically active - ideal for individuals who are ready to work and take direction in a fast-paced job site environment.

Position Overview:

As a General Laborer, you will play a key role in supporting the crew and keeping the job site running safely and efficiently. This is a boots-on-the-ground position that requires physical stamina, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Job Duties May Include:

• Assisting skilled trades and supervisors as needed
• Loading and unloading materials
• Moving equipment and supplies around the job site
• Site clean-up and debris removal
• Using basic hand tools
• Following all safety procedures and site guidelines

Schedule & Pay:

• $14 per hour
• 10-hour shifts
• Monday through Friday

Requirements:

• Basic Plus certification preferred (not required)
• Must have standard PPE:
• Hard hat
• Steel-toe boots
• Safety vest
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods
• Must be reliable and show up ready to work every day
