Metalforms, a Trans Tech Energy company, is hiring experienced welders for full-time work at their Beaumont, TX facility. This role focuses on high-spec welding for heat exchangers and pressure-retaining equipment in a fabrication environment. Candidates must be able to interpret blueprints and follow detailed welding procedures. This is a strong opportunity for welders with 4–7 years of experience looking for stability and full benefits.

• 4–7 years of relevant welding experience
• Ability to weld P1, P8, P10H, and nickel alloys
• Experience with structural, root pass, and pressure-retaining welds
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, rigging, and overhead crane operation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights up to 25 feet

• Strong understanding of safe rigging practices
• Capability to back gouge, prep, and clean root joints
• Willingness to work without supervision and meet quality/time expectations
