Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for Herc owned fleet at customer sites;
Oversee oil changes, lubrication, tire replacements, hose and battery repairs;
Diagnose and repair heavy equipment including fuel, electrical, hydraulic, and propane systems;
Produce timely and detailed service reports and repair logs; educate customers on proper equipment use;
Maintain organized and safe work areas on active job sites; build positive customer relationships
