• Work autonomously to address maintenance issues with minimal supervision and maximum trustworthiness.
• Coordinate inspections, pest‑control, fire safety inspections by the local Fire Marshall, and routine vehicle maintenance and washing.
• Maintain organized maintenance records, service contracts, and appliance warranties.
• Perform yard maintenance, internal wall painting (touch‑up or single wall), minor electrical repair, and minor drywall repair.
• Perform minor vehicle service diagnostics and identify basic HVAC and plumbing problems.
• Assist in determining whether a problem can be fixed or requires outside professional support.
• Oversee more complex repairs performed by outside experts (e.g., burst pipe during a hard freeze that caused significant damage).
• Stay on‑call to respond to maintenance emergencies, directly repairing simple problems or coordinating outside repair services such as HVAC, plumbing, major electrical, etc.

• Valid and current Texas Driver's License.
• Clear Background Check and DMV Check.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Proof of Education.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Basic computer skills, including email and internet.
