Position: Crane Rigger - Project ( Beaumont, TX)

We have one of the largest inventories of modern lifting equipment in North America, with over 1000 units, and are looking for Crane Riggers to meet increasing demand.

Duties

And Responsibilities
  • Efficiently and safely operate a variety of specialized machinery in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, ensuring the right selection and set up of crane, lift, or hoist.
  • Inspect and assess ground conditions as well as any possible overhead obstructions.
  • Maintain equipment through daily inspections, including routine maintenance and minor repairs.
  • Maintain logs and records of operational activities.
  • Maintain visual and radio communications with ground operators according to best practices and site safety regulations, responding to questions and instructions clearly and quickly.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with rough terrain cranes, carry decks, crawlers, and mobile cranes.
  • Current TWIC card.
  • Successfully pass post‑offer drug and physical screens and meet company background requirements.
  • Dependable and reliable with flexibility to work overtime when necessary.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings, materials, or instructions.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to understand instructions, applicable safety regulations, and to maintain records.
  • Strong ability to work well within a team environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Strong depth perception and quick reaction time.
  • Ability to pick up, lift, carry, and move a minimum of 65 lbs.
  • Visual capabilities to follow hand signals, maintain records, and operate machinery.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
