Location: Beaumont, TX
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Overtime on Saturdays)

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused TMA (Truck Mounted Attenuator) Driver to join our team in Beaumont, TX. The TMA Driver is responsible for operating a company vehicle equipped with an impact attenuator to protect crews working on or near roadways. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a safe work environment for field employees and the traveling public.

Safely operate a TMA truck in highway and roadway work zones

Position vehicle properly to protect crews and equipment

Follow traffic control plans and supervisor instructions

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

Maintain awareness of surrounding traffic conditions at all times

Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors

Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations

Valid Driver’s License (CDL preferred but not required, if applicable)

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Ability to work extended hours, including overtime on Saturdays

Strong attention to safety and detail

Reliable transportation to and from the job site

Ability to sit for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs

Ability to work in high-traffic environments
