CDL-A Truck Driver w/Tanker & Hazmat Dedicated Cryogenic $85-$110K/1st Yr (Full Time)

Class A CDL Truck Drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement run a dedicated cryogenic account that pays a daily salary, offers great home time, and includes fantastic benefits. Training is provided even if you lack cryogenic experience.

You must have your tanker and hazmat endorsements at the time of application to qualify.

• First year pay ranges from $85,000–$106,000 with drivers starting at $300.30/Day and receiving a $3/Day increase every six months up to a cap of $324/Day. Willingness to train new hires in cryogenics earns an additional $100/Day.
• Shadow training: you run your truck while the trainer drives theirs. Drivers earn $125/Day plus a $1,000 bonus upon completing training. Trucks are 579 Petes with automatic transmission; none are slip‑seated.
• Full benefits begin after 60 days and include one week vacation in the first 52 weeks, comprehensive medical coverage, and a 401(k) with matching.
• Drivers will run dedicated regional or local accounts and must be willing to operate in all 48 states. Opting out of any region is not allowed.
• When it is time for a 7‑day break, the company pays for your flight home and return. If you are within 200 miles you may drive home. Drivers are out 21 days and home a maximum of 7 days (unless vacation is taken).
• Applicants unwilling to fly cannot be hired.

All applicants must be eligible to do the following:

• Have at least one year of OTR or regional driving experience within the last three years. Tanker or cryogenic experience is not required, only the endorsements.
• Maintain a relatively clean MVR.
• Have no more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last five years.

Felony convictions or a history of refusing a DOT drug test (regardless of SAP completion) disqualify applicants.
