Class A CDL Truck Drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement run dedicated cryogenic accounts that pay a daily salary, offer ample home time, and provide excellent benefits. Training is available for those without cryogenic experience.

You do not need cryogenic experience, but you must hold the tanker and hazmat endorsements at the time of application to qualify.

• First year pay ranges from $85,000 to $106,000. Drivers start at $300.30 per day with a $3/day increase every six months, capped at $324/day. Training new hires in cryogenics earns an additional $100 per day.
• Shadow training: you run your truck while the trainer runs theirs. Drivers earn $125 per day and a $1,000 bonus at the end of training. Each driver is assigned a 579 Petes truck with automatic transmission and no slip seating.
• Full benefits start after 60 days, including one week of vacation in the first 52 weeks, comprehensive medical coverage, and a 401(k) plan with matching.
• Drivers will operate dedicated regional or local accounts and must be willing to run in all 48 states. Opt‑out of any region is not permitted.
• During 7‑day home breaks, the company covers round‑trip flights. If within 200 miles, drivers drive home. Drivers are out for 21 days and home for a maximum of 7 days, unless taking allotted vacation.

If you are not willing to fly for home breaks, we cannot hire you.

If you have any felonies of any kind, you are ineligible for hire.

If you have ever failed or refused a DOT drug test, regardless of whether you have completed SAP, you are not eligible.

• At least one year of OTR or regional driving in the last three years.
• Must hold tanker and hazmat endorsements.
• Relatively clean MVR.
• No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last five years.
