Warehouse Lead

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Warehouse Lead to guide daily warehouse operations in a high-volume beverage distribution environment. This role oversees receiving, storage, picking, and shipping to ensure accurate, on-time delivery of Coca-Cola products. The Warehouse Lead assigns work, trains and coaches associates, and promotes a strong safety and 5S culture. Using warehouse management systems, they monitor inventory, complete cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.

Working closely with transportation and production teams, this position supports continuous improvement and helps drive dependable service to local customers and communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse shift activities to meet productivity and accuracy targets.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of beverage products.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Enforce safety standards, housekeeping, and equipment inspection routines.
• Train, coach, and schedule warehouse associates to support business needs.
• Collaborate with transportation and production teams to align loads and priorities.
• Use warehouse management systems to track orders, inventory, and performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and standard operating procedures.
