Clinical Care Leader

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Clinical Care Leader to guide high-quality, holistic care for underserved patients in Atlanta. In this role, you'll oversee daily clinical operations, supervise and mentor multidisciplinary staff, and coordinate integrated primary, dental, behavioral health, and wellness services. You'll champion evidence-based, whole-person care aligned with our faith-based mission, monitor quality metrics, refine workflows, and support initiatives that expand access, advance health equity, and foster a compassionate, collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinical operations to ensure safe, high-quality patient care for underserved populations
• Supervise and mentor clinical staff, fostering a collaborative, mission-driven team culture
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans across primary care, dental, behavioral health, and wellness services
• Monitor clinical quality metrics, workflows, and documentation for compliance and continuous improvement
• Support implementation of evidence-based protocols and whole-person, faith-informed care practices
• Serve as a clinical resource for complex cases, reinforcing best practices and care standards
• Partner with leadership on initiatives that advance health equity and access for the community
• Engage patients with compassion, education, and advocacy to reduce barriers to care
