• Guide customers through their service and repair needs with honesty and confidence
• Communicate with technicians to keep repairs moving smoothly
• Provide updates and recommendations that help customers keep their vehicles running great
• Deliver a5-star experience from check-in to vehicle pickup

• Automotive Service Advisor experience
  (dealership experience preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a
  fast-paced service drive
• Someone who takes pride in delivering a
  great customer experience
• A positive, team-first attitude
