Construction Coordinator

United Global Technologies (UGT) is seeking a Site Representative to serve as the primary on-site liaison supporting the construction and commissioning of hyperscale data center projects. Acting as the "eyes and ears" of the client, this role ensures construction activities remain aligned with project schedules, quality expectations, logistics requirements, and operational objectives. This position works directly with UGT and client project management, general contractors, subcontractors, equipment manufacturers, commissioning teams, and end clients including leading hyperscale technology companies.

The successful candidate will proactively identify issues before they become project delays while maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders. This is a highly visible customer-facing position requiring exceptional professionalism, technical aptitude, organization, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced construction environments.
