- Ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with Operations and shop‑floor teams to drive efficient manufacturing.
- Work with Purchasing to select components and coordinate with vendor partners.
- Support quality initiatives, including root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Resolve customer and field service issues with urgency and professionalism.
- Travel as needed to support projects and customers.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, custom‑engineered environment.
- Hands‑on experience with CAD software (AutoCAD and/or Solid Works).
- Solid understanding of engineering design standards and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- ERP and Microsoft Office experience preferred.
- Work on custom, engineered‑to‑order equipment—no two projects are the same.

- Gain exposure across the full lifecycle: design, manufacturing, and installation.
- Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
