Team Lead - Beaver Dam, WI

Starting Pay Rate:
Hourly - Hourly Plan, 15.00 USD Hourly. Tidal Wave Auto Spa, one of the fastest growing car wash chains nationally, seeks a Team Leader to oversee site operations and support the management team.

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
