Job Overview
TNAA Total Med Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

As a PT, you will evaluate, develop, and execute plans of care for a variety of patient populations in an acute care setting.
- Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians)
- Bill within the respective setting following facility guidelines
- Comply with the respective PT board's rules and regulations within the state
- Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team‑focused care
- Understand adaptive equipment
- Evaluate and create a plan of care
- Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient’s condition
- Use Medical Center computer systems in performing daily tasks
- Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines
Minimum 6 months experience (new graduates encouraged). Must have BLS and state‑specific licensing. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, or stoop for long periods. Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
Additional certifications may be required before assignment.
CompensationPay package based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week. Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
