- Support one or more of our highly regarded pediatric clinics in Johnson Creek and Dodge County
- Flexible scheduling with a four‑day workweek option (Monday–Thursday) and evening hours (until 6 PM) twice per week

Key Responsibilities- Conduct evaluations of children’s physical, sensory, and emotional development
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans to promote independence and daily functioning
- Support skill development in fine motor coordination, sensory regulation, and self‑care
- Recommend adaptive tools and interventions to enhance functional participation
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams
- Document assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Participate in early intervention (B‑3) or school‑based team meetings as appropriate

Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the State of Wisconsin
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred, though mentorship is available for new grads passionate about pediatrics
