WTI is a globally recognized, family-owned design and engineering firm specializing in commercial aquatic venues, including water parks, aquatic centers, sport swimming pools, custom water attractions, leisure resorts, surf park venues, and lagoons. We are seeking an experienced, service-oriented, and technically minded IT Systems Administrator to join our team in Beaver Dam, WI. This role serves as WTI's primary internal technology resource, providing day-to-day support for employees while coordinating closely with our managed IT partner.
PrimaryResponsibilities End User Support
- Provide responsive technical support for employees across all company locations.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile device, printing, and connectivity issues.
- Manage and prioritize support requests while ensuring timely resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to Managed Service IT Provider and coordinate follow-through.
- Assist employees with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and One Drive.
- Purchase, configure, and deploy computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and other technology equipment.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, access provisioning, and equipment assignments.
- Assist in maintaining hardware and software inventories.
- Track technology assets, warranties, and replacement schedules.
- Coordinate workstation upgrades and equipment refresh programs.
- Create and maintain user accounts, distribution groups, and permissions.
- Manage Microsoft 365 licensing and user access.
- Support collaboration tools and ensure proper access to company resources.
- Assist in developing user guides, training materials, and best practices.
- Research, recommend, and procure hardware and technology solutions.
- Coordinate technology purchases and manage vendor relationships.
- Serve as the primary liaison between WTI and our managed IT provider.
- Track open service requests, projects, and technology initiatives.
- Train employees on technology tools and best practices.
- Promote cybersecurity awareness and technology adoption throughout the organization.
- Identify opportunities to streamline business processes through technology.
- Assist with implementation and rollout of new software and systems.
- Support conference room technology, audiovisual equipment, and meeting spaces.
- Assist with remote meeting platforms and presentation technology.
- Ensure office technology resources remain functional and reliable.
