Generac - Up to $23.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Use work instructions, drawings, schematics, and assembly equipment to assemble products while complying with safety and operation standards.;
Cross-train in multiple assembly areas and train new/current employees on work instructions/standard work.;
Lead problem solving and implement countermeasures in complex assembly (Assembler III).;
Provide training to new employees and current employees on work instructions/standard work; share knowledge.;
Contribute to continuous improvement programs to improve safety, quality, delivery and productivity.
