Our client in Beaver Dam is currently looking for a 3rd shift Web First Press Operator on a Direct Hire basis. This person will be responsible for operating web press machines and will play an essential role in the company.
Pay: $/hr depending on experience plus a $0.90 cent shift premium
Hours:
Straight 8-hour shifts Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm-6:00am plus overtime as required

Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain press and all auxiliary equipment while guiding a crew to meet and exceed production standards while maintaining customer quality requirements
Understand set-up and maintenance procedures for entire press
Assist supervisors in providing feedback for employee evaluations
Promote, enforce, and sustain safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous press operation experience is required
High school diploma or equivalent
Thorough knowledge of press operations and functions
Ability to lift 50lbs throughout the shift
Must be well organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task
