* Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Develop welding skills and process
* Basic welding in GTAW and GMAW in at least the flat position (1G)
* Blueprint reading
* Use all types of measuring devices
* Adhere to company policies and safety requirements
* Other duties as assigned

* Skills and Abilities:

*** Requires the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
* Strong collaborative and accommodation tendencies
* Ability to multi-task
* Computer literate, with experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs
* Effective written & verbal communication skills are required
*
* Qualifications:

** High School diploma, or equivalent

To learn the welding processes and progress to a certified welder.
