Richelieu Foods, Inc. is a leading national private label and contract packing food manufacturer focused on frozen pizza. With two manufacturing facilities in Illinois and Wisconsin, we supply national retailers, wholesalers, distributors, club and mass stores, and industrial accounts, including other food manufacturers.

• Transport all needed supplies correctly and on time to required line or pre‑batch area.
• Communicate with internal customers to determine proper quantities and placement of items needed.
• Responsible for complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), maintaining proper sanitation and housekeeping in area.
• Properly put away any warehouse loads.
• Communicate and coordinate with other Material Handlers to ensure efficient operation of the department.
• Inform proper departments or supervisors of any issues or concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Create and Receive TOP’s / POP’s if needed.
• Schedule appointments, answer emails and phone calls.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2years of consistent and safe forklift operation on a stand‑up forklift.
• Ability to read and understand line schedules and material needs.
• Positive attendance record.
• Safe operation of stand‑up and sit‑down forklift.
• Basic computer skills.

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a plus.
• Previous experience in shipping and receiving is a plus.

• Technical capacity.
• Ability to work cooperatively and maintain a professional working relationship with co‑workers.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written required.
• Good organizational skills required.
• Flexibility.

Compensation is based on experience, geographic location, and other legally permitted factors. This is an hourly wage starting at $18.32 per hour and may also be eligible for overtime pay.
