RJO Web Second​/First Press Operator

We are seeking to hire Printing Press Operators for our valued client in Beaver Dam, WI!

Let’s talk about the available shifts:

• 1st: 6-7am-2-3pm M-F
• 2nd: 2-3pm-10-11pm M-F
• 3rd: 10-11pm-6-7am Sun-Thurs

for the Printing Press Operators:

• Depends on position, shift, and experience but range is $/hour
• Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked

• Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit options

• Operate and maintain press and all auxiliary equipment while guiding a crew to meet and exceed production standards while maintaining customer quality requirements
• Understand set‑up and maintenance procedures for entire press
• Assist supervisors in providing feedback for employee evaluations

Qualifications:

• 1+ years Printing experience
• 1+ years Web Press experience
• 1+ years Bindery experience
