Overview

QPS is seeking CNC Machine Operators in Beaver Dam. The role involves setting up and operating various CNC machines, measuring and checking parts, and ensuring quality.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area
  • Load and unload various CNC machines
  • Perform quality checks using equipment such as micrometers, calipers, drop indicators and other gauges
  • Follow process documents
  • Escalate quality concerns as needed
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good condition
  • Perform tool changes and machine adjustments as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
Requirements
  • Previous experience using measurement tools (gauges, calipers, micrometers)
  • 1+ years experience in CNC machining OR CNC education or equivalent
  • Physical capability for tasks requiring hand-eye coordination
