Material Handler- Repack facility

Richelieu Foods, Inc. is a leading national private label and contract packing food manufacturer focused on frozen pizza. The company operates two manufacturing facilities located in IL and WI, serving national retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and industrial accounts.

We are looking for a 1st Shift Material Handler to transport supplies, maintain sanitation, and coordinate with internal customers and material handlers.

• Transport all needed supplies correctly and on time to the required line or pre‑batch area.
• Communicate with internal customers to determine proper quantities and placement of items needed.
• Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and keep the area sanitized and orderly.
• Properly put away any warehouse picks.
• Coordinate with other Material Handlers to ensure efficient operation of the department.
• Inform appropriate departments or supervisors of any issues or concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of consistent and safe forklift operation on a stand‑up forklift.
• Ability to read and understand line schedules and material needs.
• Positive attendance record.
• Safe operation of a stand‑up forklift truck.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

• Technical capacity for material handling tasks.
• Ability to work cooperatively and maintain a professional working relationship with employees.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

• Standard manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to hot/cold temperatures, moving mechanical parts, and power industrial trucks.
• Requires 100% onsite attendance to perform the essential functions of the role.

The starting hourly rate is $18.32. This position may also be eligible for overtime pay.
