This is a floor-focused leadership role in a smaller, team-oriented manufacturing environment where you will have direct impact on operations, people development, and company growth.
Responsibilities- Lead daily production operations and scheduling execution
- Drive throughput, labor efficiency, uptime, and on-time delivery
- Coach and develop operators, leads, and supervisors
- Hold teams accountable for safety, quality, attendance, and performance
- Support troubleshooting, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, GMP, and SQF standards
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and shipping teams
- Manufacturing or production leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, accountability, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence
- Mechanical aptitude and operational mindset
- Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience is a plus
