Our advanced powder coating systems utilize biodegradable pretreatment chemistries and V.O.C and H.A.P free coatings to deliver highly durable, corrosion-resistant finishes on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking Powder Coat Line Technician for our 2nd Shift team. This role involves prepping and hanging parts on a moving powder coating line while ensuring quality and efficiency.
Schedule- Monday to Friday, 2:00PM – 10:00PM
- Occasional Saturdays as needed
- Read and interpret work orders
- Stage and prep parts prior to coating
- Hang and mask parts on a moving paint line
- Hand wash and perform pre-paint surface prep
- Stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- 1 year of manufacturing experience (Preferred)
