Spherion is hiring Production Associates for Metalcraft in Beaver Dam, one of Wisconsin's leading manufacturers. For more than 100 years, Metalcraft has built a reputation for investing in its people, having beautiful facilities, promoting from within, and creating long-term career opportunities.

No manufacturing experience? No problem. Many Metalcraft employees started their careers in retail, food service, warehousing, agriculture, and other industries before building successful careers in manufacturing. The training process is simple and clear, to provide success for anyone learning the position. Role Highlights:

• Starting pay: $17/hr+
• 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts available- + $2/hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts!
• No manufacturing experience required

What You'll Do:

• Assemble products and components according to specifications
• Use hand tools, equipment, and machinery safely and effectively
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Read and follow work instructions and production requirements
• Work with teammates to meet production goals
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
